How VELBY™ Agents Work

CertosAI™ deploys autonomous AI agents (the VELBY™ Agent Force) that monitor, analyze, and report on compliance posture across regulatory frameworks. These agents operate under the KOI-OS™ intelligence mainframe, which coordinates all agent activity with zero-hallucination, evidence-bound reasoning.

Each agent specializes in a domain: system discovery (Infiltrator™), continuous monitoring (Sentinel™), auto-remediation (Fixer™), privacy protection (Ghost™), and regulatory intelligence (Delta Force™).

Agent Limitations

  • Agents provide compliance monitoring and readiness assessment — not legal advice.
  • Agents identify potential gaps based on framework requirements — they do not guarantee regulatory compliance.
  • Agent outputs should be reviewed by qualified compliance professionals and legal counsel.
  • Agents operate within the autonomy level set by your organization via the Human Control Center.
  • Auto-remediation actions (Fixer™) are subject to your approval settings and can be fully disabled.

Human Oversight

CertosAI™ provides four autonomy modes — Manual, Balanced, Aggressive, and Full Autopilot. Your organization chooses the level. Regardless of mode, all agent actions are logged immutably and can be reviewed at any time. Critical compliance decisions are always flagged for human review when operating in Manual or Balanced modes.

Client Responsibility

Client organizations retain ultimate responsibility for their compliance posture. CertosAI™ is a tool that assists with compliance readiness — it does not replace qualified legal counsel, certified auditors, or internal compliance teams. The $1M financial guarantee applies specifically to platform performance failures as defined in the service agreement.

Data Handling

CertosAI™ processes compliance-related data within your infrastructure. We do not use client data for model training. All data processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and aligned with GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA requirements.
